Eight years in, I've spent most of them turning complicated, multi-user systems into mobile experiences people actually enjoy. I led ServiceTitan's first native app and was lead designer on award-winning healthcare apps for the National Eczema Association and the National Institutes of Health, with further work across SaaS, fintech, and IoT.
I think of design as storytelling: every screen is quietly making the case for what to do next. I care most about the small stuff that makes that case land, the interaction that feels effortless, the motion that guides without distracting, the flow that removes a step, the detail that earns trust. Off the clock it's usually music, games, and the hunt for a decent boba.
